Our Rental Rates are very reasonable - with flexibility to adapt to your needs.  Basic POC Unit includes cart, 1 three hour battery, car adapter.
 
Initial Weekly Rental           $ 250.00 (1 battery and charger, Pulse Oximeter, cart)
Additional day                     $    35.00
 
 
Within One Hour STAT delivery and set-up  charge - $75.00
After hours, weekend and holiday surcharge - $75.00
 
We do not take insurance assignments (payments).  However, we will provide you with a complete 1500 invoice with all the necessary information needed for insurance reimbursement.  Remember, not all insurance companies will reimburse and rates of reimbursement varies.
 
We can ship you a unit to anywhere in the lower 48 for your air or land travel needs.  Shipping cost is based on FedEx or UPS 2 day air to and from Jackson Hole.  Overnight delivery also available upon request- UPS $100.
 
Monthly Rental Rates and longer are available - please call us for special rates on monthly rentals.
 
NEED TO RENT IT JUST TO GET YOU HOME TO SEA LEVEL FROM JACKSON - we have a 3 day special for only $180 with 3 batteries!  This will give you up to 9 hours of continuous oxygen without ever plugging in.  This also includes the return shipping label for getting the unit back to us.   
 
      DAY ONE - you pick up the unit in our new location - west of the hospital.
      DAY TWO - you fly home.
      DAY THREE - you drop it off at the UPS store.

We are only a walking distance to the hospital or a short drive from the urgent care clinic.
